Designed and implemented voice-first AI customer service bot from scratch. Built core business infrastructure including highly concurrent telephony service using AWS ECS and API Gateway, hybrid search for document retrieval using Pinecone and AWS OpenSearch. Led startup direction, managed 5+ team members, and handled all legal, financial, and compliance matters. Integrated, optimized text and speech generation models, self-hosted and with PyTorch on AWS SageMaker and GCP Vertex AI.
